Know which
rooms work.
Know the moment
one doesn't.

Rackline Monitor watches the meeting rooms you support across Logitech, Q-SYS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, displays and projectors — and tells you which are healthy, degraded or down. One view across vendors, with alerts that reach the right people.

Find out before the meeting does.

The problem

Your vendors say everything's online.
Then why didn't
the meeting start?

Because “online” means the device answered its vendor. It doesn't mean the room was ready for a meeting.

🧩
Four tabs, one room
Checking whether the boardroom is ready means opening Sync, Reflect, the Zoom admin and the Teams admin, then doing the math yourself. At 8:55 a.m.
📞
You hear about it from the meeting
The first alert is a frustrated message ten minutes into a call. By then the meeting is lost and the ticket says “room broken”.
📺
The biggest thing in the room is the least watched
Displays and projectors have no cloud of their own. Unless a Q-SYS Core happens to be controlling the screen, nothing reports when the lamp dies, the input changes, or it won't wake. And nothing says a word until the meeting does.
How it works

One room. Every source.

A meeting room is a video bar, a DSP, a display, a room system and a network, from three or four vendors. Monitor combines their cloud APIs with a small collector on your network and turns everything they report into one health state per room.

🔗
Cloud where it's enough. Local where it isn't.
Connect Logitech Sync, Q-SYS Reflect, Zoom, Microsoft Graph and Google Workspace for the room systems. A small collector covers the rest: displays over PJLink or vendor protocols, any IP device over ping and SNMP, and Logitech and Q-SYS gear directly when you'd rather not depend on the cloud tier. A Rally Bar that shows up in Sync, in Teams and on the local network is one device in Monitor, not three, and the most direct source wins.
🩺
Health that means something
One rule for the room, not a wall of device alerts. Critical devices decide whether the room is Down; everything else only degrades it. Stale data is Unknown rather than Down, and nothing fires on a single bad poll.
🔔
One incident per room
Not one per device, not one per poll. It opens when the room degrades, reaches you by email, Slack or webhook, and closes when the room recovers. Put a room in maintenance and it keeps quiet until you're done.
🛡
A collector your IT team will approve
A Docker container, a VM appliance, or a native Windows or Linux service — your choice. Outbound on 443 only, no inbound ports, no VPN. Device passwords are encrypted in your browser to that collector's key, and our cloud only ever sees ciphertext. Signed updates, on your schedule.
🤝
Built for integrators and consultancies, too
Monitor runs just as well for a single office as for an enterprise fleet, with or without a partner involved. For integrators and consultancies, partner access is built in: run monitoring for your clients from one place, where each customer grants your firm access to their organisation, can revoke it at any time, and sees every action your team takes in their audit log.
🗂
The same library Design uses
Every model in Monitor comes from the Rackline device library, which knows which protocols it speaks and what it can report. A new display is a library entry, not a software release.
Room states

Five states. No guessing.

Healthy
Every device in the room is working.
Degraded
The meeting will run, but something non-critical needs a look: a hot projector, old firmware, a lamp near its rated hours.
Down
A device the room depends on has failed. The meeting will not go well.
Unknown
We've lost contact with the room, which is not the same as the room being broken. Unknown is never shown as Down.
Maintenance
Someone's working in the room. Alerts wait until they're done.
Supported from day oneMore platforms and drivers are added as data entries in the device library, not software releases. Ask us about yours.
